Every 2 years, all Salespersons and Brokers must complete a total of 16 elective hours of continuing and an Idaho Real Estate Commission Core Course. This course fulfills the 2008 4 hour core requirement.

The objective of this course is to provide students with an overview of case law, legislative updates, and hot topics affecting the practice of real estate in Idaho.
